Navigating life as a young adult is sometimes challenging! College, new careers, relationships, and generally adulting can feel like too much at times. I love working with young(er) adults on helping them manage their lives more effectively as well as (and more importantly!) helping to grow their understanding of themselves and their patterns in relationships using emotionally-focused individual therapy (EFIT). This approach has long-term benefits in bringing the mind, heart and body together.
