I specialize in working in the following areas: helping couples with their relationships, including treating affairs, infidelity, and sexual issues.  I specialize in feeding and eating issues, issues around self esteem and body image. I specialize in helping those who are in the process of ending a relationship and moving forward with their lives.  I specialize in helping teens and 20 somethings to find themselves and successfully cope with anxiety and build relationships.

I am a doctoral level marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families on these challenging life issues.  My practice is located off of A1A in south Jacksonville Beach, close to home for anyone in the beaches area including Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, the greater Jacksonville area, and St. Augustine.

My goal is to work with each person to find practical solutions to helping them get through difficult times in their relationships and lives.
