I specialize in working in the following areas: helping couples deepen and improve their relationships, including treating affairs, infidelity, and sexual issues. I specialize in helping those who are in the process of ending a relationship and moving forward with their lives.  I specialize in using EMDR and attachment-based talk therapy to help adults struggling to find more happiness relationally and in their lives in general. I am one of two local therapists that I know of certified in emotionally focused therapy (a gold standard approach to healing couples and individuals).

I am a doctoral level marriage and family therapist who specializes in working with individuals and couples on these challenging life issues.  My practice is located off of A1A in south Jacksonville Beach, close to home for anyone in the beaches area including Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, the greater Jacksonville area, and St. Augustine.

My goal is to work with each person to find practical solutions to helping them get through difficult times in their relationships and lives.
